Natalie Star is a modern woman, with modern sensibilities. Practical and realistic, she finds herself falling for a man named Thomas Andrews. Thomas is a perfect gentleman, but his love for her seems to be old, solid, staid—the kind that grows after years of love and life together. He speaks in riddles when she asks why he seems to know her so well—they were together in a time she can't remember yet.

Thomas longs to tell Natalie everything he knows about her, about them. But it's time that is the problem yet. There is a tragedy that they must endure before she can fully accept who they are, and why they are destined to be together. A tragedy that Thomas has been through once, and will go through again to find the piece of his heart that has been missing all these many years.

That tragedy is the Titanic...

This book is available through Amazon.

Interview with Tracy Kincaid:

Tell us a little more about Tracy Kincaid?

I have been married for a little over 17 years. We have 3 wonderful children and we have a Golden Retriever named Buc. I was born and raised in Southern California and moved to South Western PA in 2013. I do not like the snow. Burr.

When did you decide you wanted to become an author and write your own book?

I would read tons of books. It got to the point where I would go to bed and re-write the books in my dreams. I had a weird dream one night that stuck with me. I started to write the dream out and it just kept coming to me. So I wrote until nothing new came to me.

What do you love most about being an author?

I love that I can create anything I want to. I can let my imagination run free.

What is the best thing about publishing your own book?

I find it fun to watch and see what people think. I know they say that you shouldn’t watch for reviews. How can I not watch for them? And when you read a great review where they say they want more, it gives me a warm fuzzy feeling inside! And what is the worst thing? The worst thing is waiting for those reviews. Waiting to see if your hard work was liked. Wondering if anyone read it at all.

Tell us about your book?

Well I like to call what I have been writing, Historical Romance with a Paranormal twist. ‘Changing Lives’ is my debut novel. It was released July 19, 2015. On the first day I managed to hit the Amazon Best Seller list at number 16. I was shocked when someone pointed it out to me. ‘Changing Lives’ is a story of love, loss and a very famous ship. ;)

How did you come to the idea of writing it?

Like I said I had a strange dream, so I wrote it down.

Where do you go to write your stories? And where do you get the inspiration?

I have taken over the formal living room in my house and turned it into my office. I do most of my writing here or if the weather is nice I will do it out on my deck.
I tend to get my ideas when I’m in the car. The book that I just finished writing, ‘Freeing Lost Souls’ (hoping to have out this Christmas) we had taken a vacation to Gettysburg. It was my first time there. Let’s just say a ghost came home with me.

What are your future plans in writing?

As long as the voices keep talking to me I will keep writing. I enjoy it.

Are you a reader yourself? And what is your favorite book(s)?

Oh god, yes! I read all of the time when I am not writing. I didn’t really start reading until the Harry Potter series came out. Once I finished those I went onto the Twilight series. I couldn’t get enough. I didn’t like the books they made you read in high school. I always said if they had books like HP when I was in school think of all the books I would have read or written by now.
I have so many it is hard to just pick them. I read anything from Young Adult to Erotic. I love them all!

What would your advice be to new aspiring authors?

TRY! You never know if you will be any good at it until you try. Don’t let anyone put you down. Listen to your heart. Who knows you could be the next best-selling author.
